Job Summary
Al Marwan Real Estate is looking for a reliable and physically fit Watchman to support the maintenance and monitoring of residential properties. The candidate will assist in basic maintenance activities and ensure the safety and smooth operation of building facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain building premises and facilities
- Perform basic preventive maintenance works
- Assist in minor electrical, plumbing, and AC-related repairs
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Support FM team in daily operational activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential watchman experience
- Basic technical knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and AC systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and flexible for emergency duties
- Age below 40 years preferred
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities
- Intermediate or ITI qualification preferred
