Software Packaging Consultant - Pharma (hybrid)

You are a versatile and autonomous Software Packager who enjoys solving technical challenges. You combine strong packaging expertise with a practical, customer-focused mindset and can efficiently troubleshoot, automate, and deliver reliable software deployment solutions.
Tasks:
-Receive, analyze, and manage software packaging requests from start to finish: registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.
-Coordinate with IT and business teams to understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks.
-Create, customize, and maintain complex software packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.), ensuring compatibility and compliance with corporate standards.
-Use software packaging tools (e.g., Orca).
-Manage software deployment to corporate devices via MS SCCM/Intune.
-Automate service processes using scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT).
-Document processes, incidents, and solutions, as well as propose continuous improvements in the packaging workflow.
-Monitor SLAs and provide periodic reporting on the status of requests and incidents.
-Provide third-level support for incidents related to software packaging and distribution.
-Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to the service.
MUSTs Service RequirementsMUSTs Service Requirements- Experience in software packaging and application deployment in enterprise environments.
- Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting, including PSADT.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
- Familiarity with packaging tools such as Orca.
- Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot installation issues, and resolve problems independently.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Experience working directly with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of SQL and general IT infrastructure concepts.
- Experience working in Agile, ITIL, or similar environments.
- English level B2+.
NICE TO HAVE Service Requirements- Experience improving or integrating packaging processes.
- Knowledge of MongoDB, APIs, or development practices.
- Exposure to Ansible or other automation/DevOps tools.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software packaging and deployment.
- Experience managing multiple packaging requests simultaneously.
SCHEDULE 🕘:- 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- 2 days work on site
