The manager of college partnerships will be the primary day-to-day contact for select long term, collegiate strategic partners and licensing agencies. This will include ownership of business and market analysis of opportunities and overseeing the execution of agreement obligations. #LI-Remote

Essential Duties

- Analyze business against annual guarantee commitments, developing trackers to monitor

- execution and updating leadership on a monthly and ad hoc basis.

- Collaborate with all cross-functional partners including finance, accounting, merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to successfully execute all licensing contractual obligations.

- Be licensing expert for select schools, fielding questions related to contractual rights and responding to business requests for school and agency partners.

- Conduct frequent touch bases with schools and agency partners.

- Represent Unrivaled Teamwear at school, agency and industry events/meetings, recommending

- products and programs that are consistent with retailer and brand strategies.

- Manage planning and execution of meetings with both internal and external partners, including

- building agendas and presentations, securing samples, determining attendees, and running prep

- meetings.

- Assist with coordination of Unrivaled Teamwear activities such as, but not limited to, the annual

- partner summit, ICLA Winter/Tailgate programming and social functions at industry events.

- Collaborate with the partnerships team on the creation of proposal decks

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

- 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, licensing, business development, or a related field.

- Experience working with collegiate licensing, sports apparel, retail, or consumer products preferred.

- Experience managing external business relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects.

- Experience analyzing business performance, tracking financial commitments, and preparing reports.

- Ability to travel as needed to attend partner meetings, collegiate events, and industry functions.

Job Requirements

- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, evaluate business performance, and monitor contractual commitments.

- Ability to understand and interpret licensing agreements, contractual rights, and obligations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop financial trackers, reports, and presentations.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and partner commitments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively to business partners and leadership.

- Ability to collaborate across finance, accounting, merchandising, sales, and marketing functions.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in reporting, documentation, and execution of contractual obligations.

- Ability to independently identify issues, recommend solutions, and exercise sound business judgment.

- Knowledge of collegiate licensing practices, retail distribution, and sports apparel industry trends preferred.

- Ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, presentations, and partner events.
