VRT Export Coordinator

Primary Purpose
Complete export documentation and bill of lading (BOL). File all records. Check-in drivers for loads. Coordinate with loading dock about truck arrivals.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete export documentation & bill of lading (BOL).
- Check-in drivers for loads.
- Coordinate with VRT Staff loading dock regarding truck arrivals.
- Housekeeping & filing (maintain electronic and paper copies for a minimum of 5 yrs.).
- Personal Development - Participate in training and development sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
