ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a collaborative legal team handling employment law, school law, and general civil litigation. You will manage cases from initiation through settlement or trial, with autonomy over your caseload and support from paralegals and experienced colleagues.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage civil litigation cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and take and defend depositions.
- Attend hearings and represent clients in bench and jury trials.
- Meet with clients to develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlement agreements.
- Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy in an in-person setting.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 6 years of civil litigation experience, including strong motion practice and discovery.
- Experience independently managing a caseload from intake through litigation, with minimal supervision.
- Deposition experience and strong legal writing skills.
- Trial experience as first or second chair is preferred, along with readiness to try cases.
- Background in employment law, school law, insurance defense, or general civil litigation.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active Washington State Bar membership in good standing, or ability to obtain membership.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

This is an on-site role in Seattle, Washington.
