Purpose of Position:
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementation and management of several cross channel digital Marketing initiatives for the Word & Brown Companies. Core job functions will include the coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns, website content updates, social media content management, website analytics reporting and website maintenance tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Execute email marketing campaign using email marketing software and related tools while working to increase open rates and content effectiveness.
- Provide content development, creative development, approvals and execution for web maintenance projects and digital marketing campaigns as needed.
- Utilize WordPress CMS platform to update website assets and content.
- Edit and code email marketing assets for campaign deployment using Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver for email platform deployment (Act-On, iContact)
- Prepare and present digital analytics reports highlighting site key performance indicators and overall digital channel performance.
- Manage social media content using social media management software.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to implement data-driven marketing campaigns
- Manage and priotize enterprise website project and site maintenance tasks
- Implement SEO, PPC and display campaign best practices.
- Support Digital and UI/UX teams overarching goal to optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase site traffic, maximize conversion rates and deliver outstanding user experiences.
- On-site regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
- Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned.
