Initially offered as a 12-month maternity cover contract through to the end of 2027, this opportunity comes with significant potential to progress into a wider role within the business.
The RoleAs Hospitality Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day delivery of hospitality services, ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing the hospitality team.
- Overseeing daily hospitality operations and service delivery.
- Building strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
- Maintaining exceptional standards across all areas of hospitality.
- Managing staffing, service standards and operational performance.
- Supporting the wider management team with business objectives and continuous improvement.
