What you’ll be doing…
As the Project Manager for AI Unlocked, you will lead project coordination, operational support, and structured execution for enterprise AI upskilling initiatives such as certifications, badging etc.. Working across cross-functional teams, you will help bridge business goals, technical subject matter expertise, and instructional design to support multi-tiered AI learning pathways across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day lifecycle of AI upskilling programs—from mapping learning tiers to tracking participant progress and supporting ongoing content updates. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and L&D partners to ensure AI learning journeys are clear, accessible, and aligned with organizational needs. Additionally, you will support internal engagement and communication strategies to encourage continuous learning and participation.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing project roadmaps, track milestones, and coordinating day-to-day deliverables across AI education tiers and upskilling tracks. Supporting risk identification, task tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
- Partnering with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, clarify skill levels for each education tier, and support the curation of relevant AI learning content.
- Working alongside instructional design teams to translate complex AI concepts into well-structured, accessible learning experiences across different foundational and advanced tiers.
- Collaborating with assessment and L&D partners to align knowledge checks, practice activities, and skill checks that help learners track their progress through the AI upskilling pathways.
- Supporting multi-channel communication efforts to drive awareness, encourage enrollment across different AI tiers, and maintain learner engagement enterprise-wide.
- Maintaining dashboards and tracking logs to monitor participation, tier progression, completion rates, and learner feedback to inform ongoing program enhancements.
In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.
