Maintain accurate payroll records and protect confidential information.
Prepare payroll reports for leadership and accounting.
Document processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Finance Operations — Approximately 40%

Experience supporting finance operations, such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or reconciliation.
Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to reviewing work and maintaining records.
Sound judgment and a demonstrated commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
Curiosity, a willingness to ask questions, and an interest in learning new systems and processes.
Strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Training will be provided on our systems and processes.
