Note
Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active law license in good standing in the state where they will practice. Prior workers' compensation experience is preferred but not required. We welcome newly licensed attorneys and candidates with strong litigation, negotiation, or client advocacy skills.

Job Description
- Represent injured workers in workers' compensation claims, negotiations, hearings, and litigation.
- Evaluate workplace injury cases and develop effective legal strategies from intake through resolution.
- Advocate for clients in disputes involving medical benefits, lost wages, disability, and workplace injuries.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers, employers, and opposing counsel.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients at mediations, hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
- Review medical records, employment information, and supporting evidence to strengthen claims.
- Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to manage cases efficiently and provide exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in good standing in the applicable state of practice.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and case-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and client relationships.
- Compassionate, professional, and results-oriented approach.
- Workers' compensation, personal injury, plaintiff-side litigation, or insurance claims experience preferred.
- Newly licensed attorneys with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
