- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the laundry team.
- Ensure hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry are processed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, workflow, and adherence to established procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections of laundered items and address any discrepancies.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor laundry equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of laundry supplies and chemicals.
- Previous experience in a laundry operation, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and work in a team.
- Knowledge of laundry equipment, textiles, stain treatment, and garment care.
- Good understanding of safety and chemical handling procedures.
