Auntie Anne's Pretzels located in Fashion Square Mall is now looking for an energetic and reliable Manager to join our team! As the General Manager , you’ll be the go-to person, helping to keep operations running smoothly while providing great customer service. This role is perfect for someone with restaurant or food industry experience who loves leading a team and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You’ll be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing staff, and supporting the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent food and customer service.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering when necessary.
- Train new staff on food safety, food handling, and restaurant procedures to promote a knowledgeable team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure operational and financial targets are achieved
Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members.
- Familiarity with inventory control, cash handling, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in hospitality management or food service management is a plus.
