Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll manage competing priorities with confidence and take personal ownership of delivering a high-quality service. What your days will look like:

- Coordinate projects and stakeholder activities, managing actions, deadlines and enquiries while building strong relationships across teams and wider Firm initiatives.
- Use technology and data effectively, including Salesforce, digital tools, dashboards and insights, while supporting colleagues to build confidence with Firmwide systems.
- Drive efficient and compliant ways of working, meeting regulatory and data requirements, resolving or escalating issues, identifying improvements and delegating appropriately to manage workloads effectively.
This role is for you if:
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to confidently manage competing demands across multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach, using sound judgement to make decisions and take ownership of your development.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective internal and external networks.
- A curious and adaptable approach to technology, embracing emerging tools and new ways of working.
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality and resilience, alongside effective workload and time management.
- An inclusive and global mindset, contributing positively to a diverse and collaborative working environment.
What you’ll receive from us:
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
