Workster is partnering with an international customer experience company to recruit Spanish-speaking Client Advisors for a project based in Lisbon, Portugal.
In this customer service role, you’ll support Spanish-speaking clients by answering questions, resolving issues and providing clear, helpful guidance. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is suited to someone who enjoys communication and delivering a positive customer experience.
Your Responsibilities- Provide professional support to Spanish-speaking clients across relevant communication channels
- Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate information about products, services and processes
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle complaints and complex situations with empathy and a solution-focused approach
- Record client interactions and update information using internal systems
- Manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and organisation
- Follow established procedures and service quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to support team goals and deliver a consistent client experience
Your Profile- Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written
- Good command of English
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused attitude
- Patient, proactive and professional approach to resolving enquiries
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Confident using computers and able to learn new digital tools quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage
- Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal
- Availability to work full-time or part-time
