Customer insight. Product action. As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll own the roadmap for People Systems, the technical programs that shape how colleagues across Delivery Hero hire, grow and get supported. You’ll talk to the people who use these systems every day, find where they lose time, and turn that into a plan that engineers and data scientists can deliver.
People Systems builds and runs the tools that support how Delivery Hero hires, develops and supports its people across global entities and CoEs. The team works with engineers, data scientists and People & Culture stakeholders to make these systems simpler, more reliable and more automated.
Join the team that champions the employee experience at Delivery Hero. As part of the People & Culture Team, you’ll help attract, develop, and retain top talent, creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization.
