ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a team building AI-powered voice automation software. In this senior full-stack role, you will develop the backend systems and customer-facing experiences that support reliable, intuitive AI-driven conversations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop core product features, including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
- Build scalable systems across polished user interfaces, APIs, and DevOps workflows.
- Lead projects from architecture through production, deployment, and iteration.
- Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that help customers get started quickly.
- Support customer onboarding, debug issues, and use feedback to improve the product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, with substantial full-stack work at startups or a sustained track record in a larger technology company.
- Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript, plus backend experience with Node.js or Python and AWS.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems and experience building production software.
- Experience in a venture-backed startup environment; voice AI experience or senior-level engineering experience is a plus.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, collaborative communication, and an ownership mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
