ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small, technically focused team building AI agents for complex supply chain operations. This hands-on role combines customer-facing work with end-to-end software development, turning operational challenges into production product features.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work directly with customers, including procurement and supply chain teams, to understand operational challenges firsthand.
- Translate customer insights into product and infrastructure improvements.
- Own engineering workstreams from scoping through deployment.
- Collaborate with company leadership on technical and strategic direction.
- Help shape effective agentic software for supply chain use cases.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend-leaning engineer.
- Production experience with Python, plus familiarity with TypeScript and React.
- A track record of shipping software and delivering meaningful outcomes for stakeholders.
- Experience at an early-stage startup or a well-regarded larger organization, with evidence of impact and career growth.
- Regular use of AI coding assistants, such as Copilot or Cursor.
- A U.S. undergraduate degree in computer science or an equivalent technical field.
- Ability to travel for work every one to two months, including internationally.
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering, building or deploying LLMs or AI models, or supply chain and procurement is useful.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $160,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
