ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small founding team building AI-powered software for private-market operations. You will lead the core product interface, shaping design systems and review workflows that help users understand and act on AI-generated work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.
- Build product interfaces connecting users with AI agents and operational data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
- Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- A track record of building workflow-driven interfaces with review, exception-handling, or approval flows.
- Practical experience designing AI, machine learning, or LLM product features, as well as conducting user research and usability testing.
- Exposure to private markets or financial operations is helpful.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany.
