YOUR IMPACT

RunMyJobs by Redwood is the orchestration layer for enterprise workloads, and it is already the standard for SAP. Win The Cloud is the roadmap pillar that extends that position to everything else a modern enterprise runs: workloads on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, hybrid estates that mix cloud services with systems built over twenty years, and the data and DevOps pipelines that connect them. As Lead Product Manager, you own the strategy and execution of this pillar as a product line. The mandate is to turn a catalog of cloud connectors into a small number of cloud use cases that customers recognize, that our field can sell, and that cloud buyers choose us for. You will report to the VP, Product Management for RunMyJobs and work as a peer with the SAP pillar owner on the boundary between SAP and non-SAP workloads.

The role carries both sides of the problem. On the product side, you set the connector and platform priorities that deliver credible hyperscaler parity and the capabilities cloud and platform engineering teams expect. On the market side, you write the use cases, shape the pricing and packaging inputs, and work with Product Marketing, Sales and Alliances so the story reaches cloud buyers. You will start by leading the product side of our AWS relationship and the cloud use-case work, and you will grow the pillar's team and scope as the business case earns investment.

The following attributes are key to excelling in this role:

- Cloud and Hyperscaler Product Depth: Has built and shipped products or features for cloud customers, ideally inside or alongside a hyperscaler service team. Understands how cloud operations, platform engineering and FinOps teams evaluate and buy tooling, and why enterprises adopt cloud services (modernization, elasticity, the shift from capital to operating spend).

- Working-Backwards Use-Case Craft: Writes the customer outcome first, in a PR/FAQ or equivalent, and turns it into a use case with a clear buyer, problem and business value that Product Marketing can convert into messaging and the field can sell. You replace connector lists with plays.

- Customer Discovery and Experience: Runs structured discovery with cloud buyers and users, and designs the product experience as well as the requirements. Product design or UX depth is an advantage in a pillar where the experience of orchestrating cloud services is part of the value.

- Portfolio Judgment: Makes trade-offs across connectors, platform capabilities and use cases competing for the same engineering capacity, can name what was deliberately not built, and manages dependencies across several engineering teams.

- Partner and Ecosystem Awareness: Leads the product side of a hyperscaler partnership track and knows how a cloud provider's service teams and field decide which partners to support. Helps determine where Azure and Google Cloud justify dedicated investment.

- Commercial Ownership: Treats the pillar as a business. Builds the market baseline and expected return, owns the leading indicators (non-SAP adoption, pipeline, win/loss), and reports them honestly.

- Mentoring and Influence: Raises the craft of the product managers and product owners around you through coaching, templates and example, and influences engineering, marketing, sales and executives without formal authority.

- AI-First Practice: Uses AI in your own work and can show where it belongs in product management, including the cloud-and-AI story for orchestrating non-deterministic AI inside deterministic business processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own the Win The Cloud strategy and roadmap, including hyperscaler parity, data pipeline and DevOps automation use cases, and the sequencing of AWS, Azure and Google Cloud investment.

- Define two or three sellable cloud use-case plays and the customer evidence behind them, then hand them to Product Marketing, Sales and Alliances in a form they can use.

- Draft and maintain the non-SAP growth business case: market and baseline, win/loss, competitive exposure, investment ask, expected return and GTM dependencies.

- Lead the product side of the AWS partnership track with Alliances, and recommend whether Azure and Google Cloud need their own tracks.

- Set connector and capability priorities with RunMyJobs engineering, using customer value and adoption data, and keep the connector backlog honest.

- Contribute pricing and packaging inputs for cloud offerings, with Product Marketing and the pricing committee.

- Run customer discovery with cloud, platform engineering and FinOps buyers, and run or contribute to the customer advisory forum so feedback reaches the roadmap.

- Define success metrics for every major initiative before work starts, and report results against them in quarterly planning and executive reviews.

- Partner with the SAP pillar owner so that SAP and non-SAP workloads are positioned as one automation fabric.

- Mentor product managers and product owners on discovery, prioritization and use-case writing, and on where AI accelerates synthesis of customer, usage and market data.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or similar); master's degree preferred.

- 8 to 11+ years of product experience, counting product management and closely related product design or UX experience, with at least 5 years in product management itself.

- A track record of shipped cloud products or capabilities used by enterprise customers, which you can describe with the problem, the customer, the metric you owned and the result.

- Strongly preferred: direct experience in cloud cost optimization or FinOps, cloud management or infrastructure automation, or developer and platform tooling, and experience on a hyperscaler service team. AWS experience is the strongest match for the relationship this role leads. We weigh demonstrated outcomes over the employer on your resume.

- Experience carrying a product vision and roadmap from concept through customer adoption, including a PR/FAQ, working-backwards or equivalent discipline for turning customer problems into use cases.

- Experience owning a product area or portfolio spanning several engineering teams, with evidence of explicit trade-off decisions that stakeholders accepted.

- Experience presenting product strategy and results to senior executives and to customers.

- Familiarity with partner, marketplace or co-sell motions. Direct experience with a hyperscaler partner program is a plus.

- Strong technical fluency in cloud services, APIs and integration patterns, sufficient to earn credibility with engineering and with cloud-native customers.

- Active, demonstrable user of AI tools in your own product management workflow, with specific examples of what you validate and what you accept.

- Strongly preferred: experience in workload automation, orchestration, integration or ERP-adjacent enterprise software.

- Strongly preferred: experience leading product-led growth, customer educ
