Are you an experienced DevOps or Platform Engineer who enjoys building stable platforms, automating away manual work, and creating great conditions for development teams to succeed?
We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of development, platform engineering, and operations. You enjoy working hands-on with cloud, Kubernetes, automation, and CI/CD, while also thinking more broadly about developer experience, self-service, and how technical platforms can make software delivery faster, safer, and easier.

TECH AND SKILLS
- building and improving CI/CD and GitOps workflows
- automating infrastructure and configuration
- building and operating Kubernetes and container platforms
- developing self-service solutions and internal platform services
- working with Infrastructure as Code
- improving observability, security, and operational reliability
- automating repetitive tasks and operational processes
- creating standardized tools and ways of working for development teams
- improving developer experience
- collaborating closely with developers, security, architecture, and operations
- contributing with technical guidance, structure, and solution proposals
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles
- solid experience working with Linux environments
- experience with scripting, for example Bash or Python
- strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent
- solid knowledge of Git and version control
- experience with CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
- experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- experience with automation and platform development
- experience with observability and troubleshooting in production environments
- experience working closely with development teams in agile environments
- understanding of security, risk, and compliance in cloud and platform environments
NICE TO HAVE
- GitOps and tools such as Argo CD or Flux
- OpenStack, Ceph, or other private cloud and virtualization platforms
- hybrid cloud environments
- Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
- developer portals or self-service platforms
- Helm
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Loki, or OpenTelemetry
- DevSecOps practices
- secrets management and policy as code
- large organizations with high requirements for security, quality, and regulatory compliance
