We are looking for a Customer Service & Wholesale Support Specialist to help keep customer orders moving, support our Specialty Wholesale business, and make sure our customers receive the service they deserve.
This role works with customers, brokers, sales representatives, and internal teams to process orders, maintain customer accounts, resolve issues, and keep everyone informed. You'll also play an important part in supporting our online wholesale platform, Faire, including customer communications, product information, and order management.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, pays attention to the details, and can keep several things moving at once.
Your Mission
Provide accurate, dependable customer service and order support while helping our Specialty Wholesale business run smoothly. Keep orders on track, customers informed, and our Sales, Production, Shipping, and Accounting teams connected.

Customer Experience & Sales Operations Manager
Compensation & Incentives
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Location & Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Fredericksburg, Texas corporate office.
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
No regular travel is anticipated. The position is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to Production and Shipping areas. Some lifting or moving of product samples, boxes, or office materials up to 15 pounds may be required.
