You’ll engage with prospective travelers through text, chat, email, and phone, focusing not just on closing sales but on delivering outstanding customer experiences. - A natural communicator - An influencer who loves talking to people, believes no question is too silly, and keeps conversations clear, concise, and confident

- A solutions-oriented self-starter - You multitask, prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
- A team player - You know individual and team success are deeply connected
Core Responsibilities:
- Turn curiosity into confirmed bookings - Convert inbound phone, live chat, and email inquiries into confirmed bookings, and grow each booking with the right add-ons, including travel insurance
- Put the customer first - Be available to support across inbound channels, helping travelers from booking to booking again
- Save at-risk bookings - Understand what is behind a possible cancellation and help travelers keep their trip when it is right for them
- Own your goals - Contribute to individual and team goals with consistency and accountability.
- Keep learning - Share insights and act on feedback to make the whole team stronger
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience

- Strong attention to detail and a readiness to test new sales approaches
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both with customers and internal teams
- Confidence and professionalism in handling tough conversations and customer challenges
