Frontify · New York, New York, United States · hybrid
USD 102,000 to 120,000 per year
Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.
We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.
WHAT YOU'LL SHAPE
At Frontify, we believe great experiences bring brands and people closer together. As our Events Marketing Manager, you’ll make that happen: creating events that connect our customers, partners, and prospects with the future of brand management. You’ll own how we show up at major industry conferences, our own events, executive roundtables, customer experiences, and partner activations, from the first planning meeting to the last onsite detail.
You’ll work with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Creative to turn ideas into experiences that build real relationships and drive business impact. And you’ll keep finding ways to make the next one even better.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and deliver Frontify-hosted events, executive roundtables, customer experiences, and partner activations, managing logistics from initial planning through onsite execution and follow-up.
- Coordinate Frontify's presence at major industry conferences and third-party events, managing sponsorship deliverables, booth logistics, branding, speakers, and materials.
- Manage timelines, registration, attendee and speaker communications, and onsite logistics
- Collaborate with Sales, Field Marketing, and Partnerships to engage priority accounts, drive attendance, and connect events to business goals.
- Work closely with our Creative team, external agencies, venues, suppliers and production partners to deliver on-brand experiences on time and within budget
- Manage event budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
- Coordinate lead capture and post event follow-up with Sales and Marketing Operations
- Track attendance, engagement, leads, and spend, and use the results to improve future events and our planning processes
- Travel to support events across the US and occasionally internationally, including some evening and weekend commitments around key events.
- Work in a hybrid setup, spending two days per week in our New York City office.

- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working across teams
- Confidence managing external agencies, suppliers, venues, budgets, and invoices
- An analytical mindset and an interest in using event data, feedback, and performance metrics to understand impact and identify improvements.

- An appreciation for great brands, thoughtful experiences, and the small details that make a lasting impression.
