Overall Responsibilities

Provide exceptional hospitality and service that turns a customer into a California Chicken Café raving fan.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

- Maintain a positive and friendly work environment while adhering and applying the company’s core values

- Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests

- Take guest orders and handle payments using the POS system

- Direct, greet and assist guests in the Drive-Up Service as well as deliver food to guests’ vehicles

- Greet guests with moments of humanity upon arrival

- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and properly stocked restaurant

- Strong communication regarding any issues with food quality, equipment, and work environment

- Read and adhere to all company policies and procedures

- Other duties as assigned
