The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a variety of services, with many of them provided onsite at a PACE Center. PACE is an alternative to nursing home care and – through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, van drivers, and aides – coordinates and provides preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services, so older individuals can continue living in the community.

Are you detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about supporting employees? Senior Care Partners PACE is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to help ensure our team members are paid accurately, receive the benefits support they need, and have a positive employee experience.

In this essential role, you’ll oversee payroll processing, maintain accurate employee records in Paycor, support benefits administration, and serve as a trusted resource for employee questions. You’ll also contribute to onboarding, HR systems management, compliance, and continuous process improvement—all while handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or GED; a degree in HR, business, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

- At least three years of experience in payroll, benefits, accounting, HR administration, or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Paycor or other HRIS experience preferred.

Minimum Working Requirements

- Must have reliable transportation, current valid Michigan driver’s license and car insurance.

- Must be fully vaccinated, or willing to be fully vaccinated against the following communicable diseases: Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Covid-19 and Hepatitis B.
