About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer to join our team in Riyadh and play a key role in delivering technical solutions for critical industrial equipment. You will provide expert support for centrifugal pumps and turbomachinery, lead failure investigations, conduct site performance assessments, and develop upgrade and repair recommendations that improve reliability and customer outcomes.This is a highly technical and customer-facing role that combines engineering analysis, field support and project execution while collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality service solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, sales teams and service centers.
- Lead troubleshooting activities and root cause failure investigations.
- Review inspection reports and recommend repairs, upgrades and corrective actions.
- Conduct on-site performance assessments and equipment evaluations.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting and warranty investigations.
- Develop technical reports and engineering recommendations.
- Coordinate with global engineering teams on complex technical matters.
- Support retrofit, modernization and reliability improvement projects.
What We need from you- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in rotating equipment.
- Strong experience with centrifugal pumps and turbomachinery.
- Background in Oil & Gas, Power or Water industries.
- Experience with failure analysis, troubleshooting and equipment performance assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, can communicate clearly in English and solve customer issues face to face.
Travel- Approximately 30-40% domestic and international travel.
- Site assignments ranging from one day to two weeks.
