Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP) Associate

Are you curious about how breakthrough products go from concept to customer? As an Early Career Rotational Program (ECRP) Associate, you'll complete three eight-month rotations across Qualitrol's Research & Development and Manufacturing organizations, contributing to projects that support product innovation, manufacturing excellence, and the technologies that keep critical infrastructure running around the world.

No two rotations are the same. One day you might be supporting a new product launch, while another could be spent improving a manufacturing process or partnering with teams across the business to solve a complex challenge. Along the way, you'll work with experienced engineers and leaders who are invested in helping you learn, contribute, and grow.

We're looking for emerging engineers who are energized by learning, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and motivated by meaningful work. More than a rotational program, ECRP is an opportunity to explore different possibilities, discover what excites you most, and build a career with lasting impact.

Explore Different Functions. Build Your Future.

During your three rotations, you’ll have opportunities to:

- Support the development, testing, and launch of new products and technologies.

- Gain real world experience in product design, industrialization, project management, and manufacturing operations.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve engineering, operational, and customer-focused challenges.

- Analyze products, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance quality, efficiency, and performance.

- Work with sensing technologies and monitoring solutions used by customers around the world.

- Present recommendations and project outcomes to technical and business stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

- Recently completed or on track to complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.

- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn through new experiences.

- Interested in exploring both Research & Development and Manufacturing.

- Comfortable asking thoughtful questions, seeking clarification, and learning from colleagues across different functions.

- Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to solving technical and business challenges.

- Excited to build a broad foundation before moving into a more specialized role.

Technical Skills
