Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager, Dometic to join our team and support our continued growth, bringing our brand, products and marketing priorities to life across consumer and commercial touchpoints.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. The Integrated Marketing Manager will own key workstreams across creator and community marketing, events and activations, partnerships, product launches and strategic commercial projects, working closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to turn priorities into action.
The ideal candidate is a versatile, hands-on marketer who can move between strategy and execution, own cross-functional workstreams and turn opportunities into integrated programs that build the brand and business.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support integrated marketing plans for priority product launches and business needs, translating strategy into execution across creators, content, PR, experiential, retail and partnerships.
- Coordinate with Creative, Social, PR, Media, E-commerce, Sales, Product and GTM partners to ensure programs are connected, launch-ready and aligned to brand and commercial priorities.
- Own day-to-day development and execution of Dometic creator and community marketing programs, building relationships that generate authentic advocacy, relevant content and measurable brand value.
- Identify, vet and manage creators, ambassadors and community partners, including outreach, product seeding, briefs, contracts, usage rights, deliverables, timelines and reporting.
- Partner with PR agency partners to execute earned media strategies around priority products, launches and brand moments.
- Coordinate day-to-day PR needs including product samples, shipments, media requests, imagery and launch materials, while developing story angles and ideas that extend key brand and product narratives.
- Lead or support Dometic events, experiential activations and partnerships from brief through execution, including partner coordination, logistics, product needs, content opportunities and reporting.
- Identify culturally relevant opportunities for Dometic across outdoor, travel, food, design and adjacent communities, extending the brand beyond traditional industry moments.
- Lead or support strategic commercial marketing initiatives tied to key retailers, markets, partnerships and business opportunities, connecting consumer storytelling to commercial objectives.
- Support and, when assigned, lead photo and content productions in partnership with Creative and external production partners, coordinating briefs, product, talent, shot needs, logistics and on-set execution.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned agencies, vendors, and external partners, including briefs, scopes, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage projects, budgets, contracts and timelines; measure program performance, share learnings and proactively identify opportunities to move the Dometic brand and business forward.
Compensation Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Actual placement within this range will be determined by job-related factors such as experience, education, training, and internal equity.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, creator/influencer marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning marketing projects from brief through execution, with strong project management across multiple priorities, stakeholders, budgets and deadlines.
- Experience working with creators, talent, partnerships or community programs, including contracts, usage rights, deliverables and campaign reporting.
- Experience supporting or executing events, activations, product launches or integrated campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence working across internal and external partners, and willingness to travel as needed for events, productions and activations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within outdoor, consumer products, lifestyle, travel or adjacent industries.
- Experience working with retail partners or supporting retail and commercial marketing programs.
- Familiarity with creator management, affiliate, social listening or marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience managing agency, event or production partners and/or working across global and regional marketing teams.
