It’s also a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to grow their leadership skills and take the next step in their hospitality career.

- Oversee events alongside day-to-day service, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

- Keep an eye on the details from atmosphere and standards to stock and equipment.

- Solve challenges quickly and calmly, keeping the team and guests at ease.

- Staff meals & refreshments to keep you energised.

- Staff referral programme. Bring your friends on board!

- Early access to earned wages via Stream.

- After one year of service you gain an additional holiday day for each year of service (up to 5 years).

What we’re looking for

- A natural leader who inspires positivity and confidence on shift.

- A love for food, drink, and hospitality.

- Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach.

- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to high standards.

- Experience supporting or running events in a busy hospitality venue (multi-floor experience is a plus).

- Ambition to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility.
