ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead AI education and enablement at a growing AI-powered accounting technology company. You will help teams adapt to rapidly changing AI capabilities and develop effective ways for people and AI agents to work together.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and deliver company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and practical workshops that drive measurable changes in how teams work.
- Evaluate new AI models and tools, build with them, and translate findings into useful guidance for technical and non-technical teams.
- Work directly with teams to identify skill gaps, redesign workflows around AI agents, and support lasting adoption.
- Turn advanced AI techniques into secure, reliable, repeatable workflows suited to sensitive business data.
- Build learning tools, agents, and internal products that teach people in the flow of work and automate tasks where appropriate.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of product management experience in AI enablement, developer education, or learning products, with 5+ years of overall experience preferred.
- Experience at a startup or high-growth company, and a track record of building education, enablement, or developer-education products.
- Hands-on experience shipping products using LLMs or agentic workflows, with daily use of AI tools and familiarity with LLM APIs, coding agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
- Experience teaching others advanced AI practices and helping teams improve how they use AI.
- Strong technical foundations, such as a computer science degree or equivalent experience. Background in developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or technical education is helpful.
- Experience translating AI capabilities into practical workflows for business teams is valuable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $100,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
