Create your best future and join as a Senior Product Manager, Acquisition

- Location: Sydney based

- On-site Requirement: 2-3 days per week in the office

What’s the role?

As a Senior Product Manager, you will deliver the Personal Loans acquisition plan, using customer insights, campaigns and digital-first channels to grow new customer volumes and balances at a sustainable cost. You will lead customer growth and go-to-market strategies, bringing cross-functional teams together to achieve strong customer and commercial outcomes.

Additionally, you'll own growth outcomes across onboarding and embedment, identify performance gaps, and drive initiatives to improve acquisition, engagement, retention and product penetration. Using customer, behavioural and funnel data, you’ll turn insights into clear recommendations and lead test-and-learn initiatives to optimise performance.

You will influence key stakeholders, align priorities and support investment decisions through business cases and performance forecasting. You’ll ensure initiatives balance customer value and commercial outcomes while meeting risk, regulatory and governance requirements.

What do I need?

- Strong understanding of consumer lending products and responsible lending obligations.

- Proven experience in product management, acquisition, digital sales, marketing or growth within banking or financial services.

- Working knowledge of digital acquisition channels, including SEO, SEM, GEO, paid media, social, affiliates and partnerships.

- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, from creative briefing through deployment, testing and optimisation.

- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret customer and performance data and turn insights into actions.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
