ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered production scheduling and quoting automation for chemical and industrial manufacturing. You will build end-to-end product features that help automate complex commercial workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship AI agents for complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.
- Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
- Help deliver GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency infrastructure for European customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping product features.
- Experience working at a startup and building or deeply integrating AI systems beyond general-purpose chat assistants.
- Production experience orchestrating AI agents, ideally using frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React, plus experience with Next.js.
- Strong product sense, curiosity about emerging AI tools and techniques, and comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California, United States, five days per week.
