💼 What we offer
- Model: B2B contract with Bonapolia - one contract, one monthly invoice
- Rate: negotiated per candidate seniority and client budget
- Payment: monthly invoice, paid on the same schedule the client pays us (usually 30 days)
- Contract written under your country's law
- We handle the client-side paperwork: MSA, NDA, invoicing
Duration: Until the end of 2026, with a potential extension into 2027
Location: EU, Eastern Europe, or other locations
Working hours: US working hours.
Must-have qualifications:
- Strong React/TypeScript and Python skills (FastAPI or similar).
- Experience delivering at least one LLM application to production, including RAG, prompt design, structured output, and OpenAI API.
- Hands-on experience with vector or hybrid search and document parsing (PDF, Word, Excel).
- Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools (Langfuse or similar).
- Working knowledge of Azure, including VMs, application hosting, and Entra ID/SSO.
- Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to lead sessions with non-technical senior stakeholders, provide clear status updates, and work effectively with ambiguity.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
- MCP server development or Claude/agent integrations.
- Experience with PII and GDPR handling, including Presidio and EU data residency.
- Background in finance, private equity, or M&A due diligence.
