Process Modelling

- Lead the documentation of current and target-state processes using standardised Business Process Model and Notation approaches.

- Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand and model complex business processes.

- Work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and with varying levels of process-modelling knowledge.

- Apply relevant techniques, including lean principles, to produce high-quality process outputs.

Data Modelling & Analysis

- Lead analysis relating to data models and complex data requirements.

- Investigate data issues and dependencies that could affect project outcomes.

- Use data analysis to strengthen business requirements and support effective project design and decision-making.

Project Delivery & Governance

- Lead structured analysis to support effective decision-making across projects and change initiatives.

- Create high-quality project artefacts including business requirements documents, traceability matrices and business process models.

- Document requirements through user stories, use cases, prototypes and wireframes where appropriate.

- Work within project delivery governance frameworks to ensure business analysis activities support successful project outcomes.
