The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Insights Analyst to join the analytics function. You’ll work alongside our existing Insights team, using analytics and automation together: turning data into insight, then using tools like Power Automate and AI to act on it faster.

You’ll start with the fundamentals. You’ll first be trained in the core analytical skills, including SQL, Power BI and advanced Excel, so you have a firm grounding in how to work with data properly. From there, you’ll build on that foundation through learning Power Automate and how to apply AI, working on real business problems from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explore and test AI tools to improve how we analyse data, summarise information and streamline tasks

- Analyse data across the group to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities

- Design and build automated workflows in Power Automate to remove manual, repetitive processes

- Work with stakeholders to understand their processes and spot where automation or AI could add genuine business value

- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations

- Collaborate with teams across Buying & Merchandising, Digital, Retail and the wider business

We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in analytics and automation, but your mindset matters more to us than your CV. If you’re missing some of the technical skills below, we’ll help you build them.

What we’re really looking for:

- Enthusiasm for AI and automation, and a drive to experiment and share what you learn

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- A ‘think outside the box’ mindset, always looking for new and better ways to approach things.

- Persistence when working through complex or ambiguous problems

- Clear communication, able to explain technical ideas to non-technical colleagues

- Ability to take ownership of projects, align stakeholders and work collaboratively to deliver successful outcomes.

Experience that will help (not all required):

- Experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, Claude) to solve problems, drive efficiencies or add business value

- Some experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar tools, whether from a degree, a previous role, an internship or personal projects

- Exposure to Power Automate or other automation tools

Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:

Frasers Champion - Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work. Frasers Champion is a peer nominated scheme where 8 winners will receive double their pay for a month where they have lived the Frasers Group values.

Retail Reconnect - In order to build the planets most admired and compelling brand ecosystem, all employees must understand our business, product and customers. Each financial year, head office employees will gain insights by spending one to two days in one of our stores or the warehouse. The goal is to learn how the work you do impacts our teams on the frontline, and to bring ideas back to the office which will improve how we work.

Fearless 1200 - Fearless 1200 is our way of recognising our growth. It’s bold, ambitious, and designed to reward colleagues across the business for living our values and delivering impact.
