ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered tools for a staffing and industrial operations marketplace. You will apply existing AI agents and models to real workflows while also owning broader product and platform work, from user-facing features to backend systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Integrate AI agents and frontier models into worker, business, and operations products to improve vetting, matching, and shift fulfillment.
- Lead frontend and backend development, and mentor other engineers.
- Design and build core systems, including matching services, automated vetting pipelines, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Own product features end to end, partnering with product and design to deliver useful, reliable experiences.
- Work across application, platform, and deployment needs as priorities evolve.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to five years of software engineering experience, including ownership of products or features on early-stage teams.
- Strong product judgment and a record of delivering measurable results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompting and tool integration.
- Background building scalable applications across frontend and backend systems, with the ability to collaborate across product and engineering.
- Experience in marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, applied AI, or operational software is useful.
- Strong technical fundamentals and evidence of independent, hands-on problem solving.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
