General Duties:
- Select and set up instruments and materials needed for the patient's orthodontic appointment
- Work with the orthodontist chairside in detailed orthodontic appointments
- Provide orthodontic care instructions
- Cross-trained in sterilization processes
- Gain the trust of the children by being personable and comforting
- Create a fun and inviting experience for both patient and parent
- Get along and work effectively with others
Requirements:
- Excellent communication abilities -- both in-person and electronically
- Friendly and determined to make our patients feel welcome
