First Team Logistics LLC is an authorized Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for reliable, safety-focused Delivery Associates to join our team.
As a Delivery Associate, you will deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial locations while providing excellent customer service. You will drive a modern delivery van, use advanced delivery technology, and work with a team committed to safety, reliability, and performance.
No delivery experience is required. We provide paid training to help you get started.
Pay and Benefits

Our operation runs 7 days a week. Weekend availability, including Saturday or Sunday, is required when scheduled.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver approximately 180 to 250 packages per day across an average of 140 or more stops.
- Operate a large cargo van safely and responsibly.
- Load and organize packages accurately before leaving the delivery station.
- Follow assigned routes and complete deliveries on time.
- Use a delivery device and technology to navigate routes and confirm deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 to 70 pounds.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members throughout your shift.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must consent to and pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be able to operate a large cargo van.
- Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 to 70 pounds.
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Must have good communication and time-management skills.
- Must be customer-focused, dependable, and safety-conscious.
- Must be available to work weekends when scheduled.
A commercial driver's license (CDL) is not required. Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required. We provide the necessary training.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
