ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an AI construction technology team to shape a 4D scheduling capability that connects 3D models with project timelines and planning data. You will bring practical general contracting experience to product and engineering decisions, helping make construction planning more useful to the people who deliver complex projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help design and develop 4D scheduling workflows grounded in how construction projects are planned and executed.
- Apply hands-on general contractor project management judgment to product and engineering decisions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as part of your day-to-day work.
- Partner with engineers on technical and AI-related work without needing to write code.
- Work in person with the team for approximately one week each month.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Eight or more years of construction project management experience, spanning both planning and execution.
- Experience managing complex projects or project managers from start to finish, including multiple projects across the United States.
- Background with a general contractor and experience beyond either field-only superintendent work or planning-only roles.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with construction project management tools, BIM or 3D modeling, scheduling software, or AI tools is useful; AI experience is not required.
- Civil engineering or construction management experience is relevant.
- Must be located in the United States and be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with approximately one week per month working in person with the team.
