Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular quality checks
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of electronic and physical files
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes
- Respond to data inquiries and provide reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
