ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fintech sales team selling B2B SaaS to US wealth management and advisory firms. As a closing-focused individual contributor, you will guide qualified opportunities through deal strategy, pricing, and close for mid-market and enterprise customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own qualified opportunities through signed contract, managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers through consultative engagement.
- Develop tailored pricing proposals and structure deals that may include phased rollouts, multi-year terms, and enterprise deployments.
- Maintain accurate HubSpot pipeline records, advance opportunities with clear next steps, and forecast reliably.
- Coordinate with solutions consulting, customer success, and sales enablement teams, including clear handoffs after close.
- Generate pipeline through industry relationships, referrals, and events in addition to qualified inbound opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS account executive roles, closing mid-market and enterprise deals, including complex opportunities of $100,000 or more in annual contract value.
- Demonstrated quota attainment of at least 90% for a full year, with supporting documentation available.
- Full professional English fluency at C2 level for executive sales conversations with US buyers, plus experience selling into the US market.
- Strong CRM discipline and a track record of accurate pipeline management and forecasting; experience with HubSpot is relevant.
- Experience structuring multi-year, phased, enterprise-wide deals is valuable. Wealth management or financial services experience is a plus.
- Based in Latin America and able to work remotely with reliable overlap with US time zones.
