As Head of Performance – CTO, you’ll partner with the Chief Technology Office’s senior leadership team, turning the Group’s AI-led Technology Strategy into bold deliverables and measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:
- Align initiatives and OKRs with strategic priorities.
- Establish effective operating rhythms and lead key performance and planning forums.
- Track delivery, benefits and performance, translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Identify performance gaps and drive improvement, risk resolution and cross-domain alignment.
- In partnership with Finance and HR, oversee workforce and financial performance, including budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure high-quality performance data and compliance with governance, risk and delivery requirements.
- Build capability through coaching and consistent performance practices.
- In partnership with Supplier and Procurement, advise on vendor strategy, using global insights to assess when to partner externally and when to build capability in-house.
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
Are energised by what’s next, bringing global insight across AI and emerging technologies to challenge thinking, shape opportunities and drive meaningful business impact.
You’ll be an experienced enterprise leader with a strong background in technology performance, strategy execution, business management, delivery enablement or portfolio governance. You’ll combine strategic perspective with the discipline to turn complex priorities into coordinated action and measurable results.
You’ll be someone who:
- Connects the dots between strategy, investment, delivery and performance, turning ambition into business outcomes.
- Uses OKRs, enterprise planning and prioritisation to sharpen focus, not create more process.
- Brings financial, workforce, delivery and flow insights together to show what’s moving, what’s getting in the way and where attention is needed.
- Is comfortable navigating complexity, challenging thinking and influencing decisions at the most senior levels.
- Sees risks and performance challenges early and knows when to lean in, intervene or change course.
- Creates momentum across complex priorities and dependencies, getting leaders aligned on what matters most.
- Turns complexity into sharp, compelling executive insights that drive action.
- Builds great leaders and strengthens performance capability around them.
- Creates the rhythm, clarity and accountability that keeps strategy and delivery moving.
