We are offering a full-time position with 38 hours per week, with flexible working hours available for the right candidate.
A day in the life of a Venue Support Officer:
- Complete daily point-of-sale reconciliations and balance financial records
- Maintain accurate employee records, training files, and venue databases
- Manage stock control, assist with stocktakes, and identify cash or stock variances
- Ensure all team member visa obligations, compliance, and audit standards are met
- Review venue-generated sales reports and share feedback with key management
- Support the venue team on the floor during peak trading hours
About You:
- Provide professional, friendly service over the phone, via email, and in person
- Understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Keep the administration area well-organized and running efficiently
- Contribute your insights and ideas in team meetings
- Bring a hands-on, team-first approach and happily support the floor when trade gets busy
