- Troubleshoot network and systems issues, review monitoring and alerts, manage configurations and load balancing, and support container orchestration and upgrades.
- Provide operational support to help resolve issues quickly and minimize disruption to customer operations.
- Discuss technical architecture with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Travel to customer locations approximately 25% of the time.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience deploying and managing containerized applications with Kubernetes.
- Deep Linux systems experience, including administration, networking, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, Bash, Go, or JavaScript.
- Experience in defense, government, systems integration, or related customer environments; familiarity with data and analytics platforms is a plus.
- An active US Secret or Top Secret security clearance and authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
