About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Digital Channels to join our Digital Marketing Team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Content Ownership: Act as the central owner of digital content across all resort systems, ensuring one consistent source of truth for text, imagery, video and offers.
- System Coverage: Manage content within the CMS, digital asset management library, website, mobile app, booking engine, CRM/email platform, dining and spa reservation systems, digital signage and third-party listings.
- Content Calendar: Build and maintain a master content calendar covering campaigns, offers, seasonal moments, openings and F&B, spa, gaming and entertainment activity.
- Publishing & Quality Control: Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling and updates, with rigorous proofing, link checking and pre-launch QA across desktop, mobile and app.
- Asset & Metadata Management: Maintain the digital asset library with clear naming conventions, tagging, metadata, usage rights and expiry tracking so approved assets are easy to find and reuse.
- Governance & Workflow: Define content standards, approval workflows, access levels and version control, and train contributing teams on how to request and deliver content.
- Localisation & Search: Oversee multi-language and market-specific content, and ensure all content is optimised for search and AI discovery through strong structure, metadata and schema.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Rooms, F&B, Spa, Entertainment, Gaming, Revenue Management, PR and IT to capture content requirements early and deliver on time.
- Performance Review: Track how content performs across channels and use insight to refine messaging, page structure, imagery and calls to action.
- Brand & Compliance: Ensure all published content meets Wynn brand guidelines, accessibility standards, licensing terms, responsible gaming requirements and data privacy regulations.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content management, with at least 2 years managing content across multiple connected platforms.
- Proven track record of owning content operations for a luxury, hospitality or multi-outlet brand, ideally including a pre-opening or major relaunch.
- Hands-on proficiency with enterprise CMS and DAM platforms, CRM/email tools, booking engines and social publishing tools; experience with Contentful, Cloudinary or similar is an advantage.
- Strong editorial and copy judgement, with excellent proofreading skills and a working knowledge of SEO, metadata, structured data and digital UX.
- Highly organised, with proven ability to run content workflows, approval processes and version control across multiple stakeholders.
- Confident collaborating across departments and with external agencies, and comfortable managing competing priorities to tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin or additional languages are a plus.
