Access Control Contractor (Temp)
Primary Location: St. Paul, MN
Wage: $22.00/HR
The Access Control Contractor supports the organization’s security operations by producing access badges, issuing mobile credentials, resolving basic access issues, and performing data accuracy tasks.
This position is a long term temp position to last up to 1 year.

What You Can Expect:
- Produce and ship physical badges; issue and manage mobile badges.
- Process Card Access workflow requests
- Provide basic troubleshooting for card access and badge related issues.
- Communicate with business partners to support SLA commitments.
- Prioritize and manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating with team members.
- Identify exceptions and escalate to management appropriately.
Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Above average computer / technology skills needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and strong data entry skills needed.
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Experience in regulatory compliance or security needed.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities needed.
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills needed.
- Must have the ability to manage daily workload effectively.
