About Numa
Numa is building the system to power AI-native dealerships, rearchitecting automotive service and sales with advanced AI agents that automate customer interactions, streamline operations, and reimagine how dealerships work. Numa integrates AI into every aspect of dealership functions, from rescuing customer calls and voicemails that generate more revenue, to reducing customer resolution times to drive overall customer satisfaction (CSI), to improving dealership team productivity and accountability. Numa has raised $50 million from leading investors (Google, Threshold, Costanoa, Mitsui, and Touring Capital).
The Role
Numa is the AI Operating System for dealerships. We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the path from roadmap to launch for every product, making sure Customer Success, Sales, and Product are ready every time a release ships. You’ll work closely with Product to understand what we’re building, then turn it into clear messaging, launch plans, and enablement that help our teams bring it to market and communicate its value to dealerships.
You’ll play a central role in bringing our marketing strategy to life at the product level. The Marketing Lead owns the overarching positioning, brand voice, and master narrative. You’ll carry that framing into each launch, developing product-specific messaging and enablement in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll also bring feedback from the field and dealerships back to Product and leadership, helping keep our roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market efforts aligned. Done well, every launch is something our teams understand, feel prepared to support, and know how to sell.
We run lean, and we run on AI agents. You’ll work side by side with the Marketing Lead, and everything you own ladders up to them.
What You’ll Do
-
End-to-end launches. You own go-to-market for every release, from roadmap to ship date, within the positioning set by the Marketing Lead
-
Product messaging. You make the narrative specific to each product: what it does, who it’s for, and why dealerships should care
-
Readiness. You prioritize Customer Success, followed by Sales and Product. You track certification against committed dates and flag risks early
-
Field enablement. You create positioning briefs, battlecards, product requirement inputs, and the core collateral teams need to sell and support every release
-
Product and field immersion. You use the product yourself, join roadmap and release reviews, and spend time with Performance Architects, Regional Sales Managers, and Solutions Engineers, including visiting dealerships
-
Executive alignment. You keep the Marketing Lead informed on what’s shipping, field readiness, dealership feedback, and competitive activity. Together, you keep the executive team aligned on priorities and launch plans
-
The launch playbook. You build and refine the process as you go, making each launch easier and more effective than the last
-
Lead time. You push for meaningful lead time between planning and launch, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to them
What You Bring
-
Launch experience. 4+ years in product marketing, ideally at an early-stage or high-growth company, owning launches end to end
-
You bring the narrative to life. You take an established positioning framework and apply it consistently across products. When the messaging isn’t landing in the field, you bring back evidence and recommendations
-
Product fluency. You learn complex products quickly and explain AI features to dealership teams in plain language. You’re comfortable working directly with Product Managers
-
Sharp writing. You create clear, specific briefs, messaging, and battlecards that teams actually use
-
Executive presence. You can walk leadership through what’s shipping, what’s at risk, and what decisions are needed, then drive toward clear next steps
-
Comfort with ambiguity. You adapt to shifting priorities and build structure as you go rather than waiting for a process to be handed to you
-
AI-native mindset. You use AI tools in your day-to-day work to move faster, improve output, and automate repetitive tasks
