We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Chilled & Fresh division – from supplier to shelf, we make fresh supply chains simpler. Our expertise in temperature-controlled logistics ensures products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time, helping customers maximise availability and minimise waste.
£30,970 per annum (£14.18 per hour)
07:00–19:00 | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off, including weekends as the rota falls

At Culina Chilled and Fresh, we're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Warehouse team at Aylesford.

You’ll receive a £30,970 annual salary (equivalent to £14.18 per hour based on 42 paid hours per week), with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime paid at time and a half and our performance-based Pick Bonus, with earning potential of up to an additional £1,200 per month for high performers.

The role is based within our chilled warehouse, operating at approximately 3°C, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment.
What you'll be doing:
You'll play a key role in keeping our customer orders moving safely, accurately and on time.
Your day will include:
- Picking customer orders accurately within our chilled warehouse
- Operating a PPT ride-on pallet truck
- Building pallets safely and efficiently
- Checking that every order contains the correct products and quantities
- Moving palletised goods safely around the warehouse
- Working towards clear productivity and performance KPIs
- Maintaining excellent health and safety standards
- Keeping your working area clean, organised and safe
- Working together with your team to deliver for our customers
What we're looking for:
You don't need to tick every box. What matters most is having the right attitude and being prepared to work hard as part of the team.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Recent experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment
- The confidence to work towards clear targets and KPIs
- PPT experience, although this is desirable rather than essential
- Good communication skills
- Good numerical accuracy
- A strong approach to safety and quality
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- The ability to work effectively in a chilled environment
