Senior Partnerships Manager

What you'll do:
- Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners across international markets, acting as their main point of contact.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships and understand what each partner needs to grow successfully with Capital.com.
- Identify, evaluate, and approach new partners that fit our commercial and market priorities.
- Lead partnership projects end to end—from research and initial outreach through negotiation, onboarding, launch, performance review, and next steps.
- Review partner performance, identify opportunities or issues, and turn data into clear actions.
- Coordinate launches and partner initiatives with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Leverage advanced AI tools and automation to boost productivity across partner research, communication, reporting, and day-to-day workflows.
- Ensure partner activity meets Capital.com's regulatory, commercial, and brand standards.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business partnerships.
- Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work directly with external partners.
- A high level of ownership, accountability, and motivation to deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and lead projects from start to finish.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to use data to make practical decisions.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Practical experience using advanced AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, and decision-making. Nice to have:
- A degree, qualification, or professional certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or digital marketing channels.
