Working within a collaborative delivery environment, you'll contribute to a major transformation initiative involving cloud technologies, cybersecurity uplift, modern authentication and identity governance.
Your new role
As a Lead Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. You'll facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, analyse current and future state processes, support solution design activities and work closely with architects, engineers, cybersecurity specialists and stakeholders to deliver modern identity and access management outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Eliciting and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Producing process maps, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria
- Analysing identity lifecycle and access management processes
- Supporting UAT, business readiness and implementation activities
- Managing requirements traceability, dependencies and change impacts
- Translating business needs into clear technical requirements for delivery teams
To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex ICT environments
- Strong requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation and process mapping skills
- Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation projects
- Exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity or enterprise technology initiatives
- Experience working with technical stakeholders including architects, engineers and security teams
- Government experience highly regarded
- Current Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain one
